Commercial Architect



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth construction process
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure the project stays on track
- Ensure that all building codes and safety regulations are followed
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a commercial architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.
