Architectural Project Manager

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Aalborg. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Your duties will include creating and managing project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting site visits and inspections, reviewing design plans and drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and communicating project updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with several years of experience in architectural project management. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Aalborg.
