Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from initial concept development to project completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all architectural projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout the design process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural drawings and plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, design techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
