Architectural Project Manager



We are hiring an Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As the Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to project completion.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience working with budgets and timelines
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, construction, and final delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project requirements
- Create project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Lead a team of designers and architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plan
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Salary: 1200$

Location: Aalborg (without accommodation)
