Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect current food trends and meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Manage all kitchen operations including ordering, inventory, food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food costs and take necessary actions to maintain profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is considered an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are offering:
As a temporary employee, you will receive a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a diverse team environment. We will provide you with free visa sponsorship and assist with your travel arrangements. Please note that this is not a live-in position; therefore accommodations will not be provided.
