Barista

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular café in Aalborg. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and different types of coffee beans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
