As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in elevating our modern European cuisine to new heights and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to various dietary preferences
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers while keeping track of costs and maintaining budget
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food products
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth flow of service

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in an upscale restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of modern European cuisine with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing dishes

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Chef in high-end restaurants
- Must be fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
