Head Chef - Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing creative and delicious menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and overseeing the quality and consistency of all dishes served.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menu items that reflect our concept and appeal to our customers
- Train, manage, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Order supplies and manage inventory to maintain cost efficiency
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to develop new strategies for success
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that appeal to a diverse clientele
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, suppliers, and customers
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
