Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Aalborg. Your main duties will include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
