As a Pastry Chef in Aalborg, Denmark, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various desserts and pastries for our restaurant. Your main duties will include crafting new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring the quality and presentation of our pastries.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for pastry making and be knowledgeable in various baking techniques. You must also have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative pastry recipes that align with our menu
- Prepare all pastries, desserts, and bread items for the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of all ingredients to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station at all times
- Adhere to food safety guidelines when handling, storing, and preparing food items
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Train new pastry team members on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques including kneading, shaping, decorating etc.
- Creativity in developing new recipes while also maintaining established dishes
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
