Merchandiser for Retail Store in Aalborg, Denmark

As a Merchandiser for our retail store in Aalborg, Denmark, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and organization of products in our store. Your main duties will include creating attractive displays, ensuring product availability and proper pricing, and maintaining overall store appearance.

You must have at least 2 years of experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of retail operations. Knowledge of visual design principles and trends is also required.

As our ideal candidate, you should be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You must possess strong organizational abilities and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Ensure products are properly stocked and priced
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotions
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Monitor competition and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, etc.
- Train new team members on merchandising procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures
