Land Surveyor



The Municipality of Aalborg is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports of land areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment, as well as experience in data analysis and interpretation. This position also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Gather data and prepare accurate maps, drawings, and reports
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.

This job is located in Aalborg.
