Housekeeping Attendant



Our luxury hotel in Aalborg is seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
- Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
- Clean back-of-house areas such as offices, storage rooms, and laundry facilities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with organizing and stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest requests or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations throughout the hotel

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Valid work permit or visa allowing employment in Aalborg

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
