Barber/Stylist

As a Barber/Stylist at our salon in Aalborg, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients. You should have a passion for hairdressing and be able to create both classic and modern hairstyles. Your main duties will include cutting, trimming, and shaping hair using various techniques, as well as providing beard trims and mustache grooming for male clients. You should also have knowledge of different hair types and textures, as well as the ability to recommend suitable products and styles to clients.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You must also have a professional appearance and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring that each client leaves the salon satisfied with their haircut.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, shape, and style hair using clippers, scissors, combs, and other tools.
- Provide beard trims and mustache grooming services.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products or styles based on clients' hair type.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in hairdressing techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of haircutting techniques for both men and women.
- Familiarity with different hair types and textures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
