As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations in our bustling bakery located in Aalborg, Denmark. You will be in charge of creating and executing delicious baked goods while maintaining high-quality standards. Your duties will include managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for a skilled baker with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role who can bring creativity and passion to our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery operations including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Create and execute new recipes while maintaining high standards for taste and presentation
- Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure ingredients are always stocked
- Collaborate with other departments to develop seasonal menus or special promotions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Danish is an asset)
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
