Job Title: Handyman - Property Maintenance Specialist (Aalborg, Denmark)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties in the city, ensuring that they are in excellent condition for our tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on properties including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Handle repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas in buildings
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards and address them promptly
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs completed
- Coordinate with contractors for larger repair projects when necessary
- Ensure all safety standards are followed during maintenance and repair work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and precautions
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
