Administrator - Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
- Maintaining accurate records of all company documents and files
- Assisting with budget management and tracking expenses
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
