Part-Time Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Aalborg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with the organization of office events and meetings
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email or phone
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have legal authorization to work in Aalborg
