Job Title: Office Manager
We are searching for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Aalborg. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This role requires someone who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office
- Ensure efficient and effective use of office resources
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic HR functions such as recruitment and employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
