Job Title: Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel. This position is based in Aalborg and is open to all nationalities with visa sponsorship provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision makers in order to generate business leads
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continually improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to develop promotional strategies and packages
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Manage and train the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
