Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our hotel in Aalborg. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience in the hotel industry. As a Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients, including corporate groups, travel agencies, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build relationships with corporate groups, travel agencies, and event planners through networking events, cold calling, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to create promotional materials for sales purposes
- Attend trade shows and conferences to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are met
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Must be a male with strong communication skills
- Ability to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
