We are searching for a Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. Your main duties will include troubleshooting network issues, installing and updating software and hardware, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain data security by performing regular backups.
- Collaborate with team members to identify system improvements.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers and workstations.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in network administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP services, etc.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
