Job Title: Junior PHP Developer


We are a fast-growing tech startup based in Esbjerg, seeking a talented and ambitious Junior PHP Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our senior developers to design and develop dynamic web applications using PHP and other related technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience to gain valuable hands-on experience and build upon their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Continuously strive for excellence in delivering high-quality software solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony is a plus
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
