As an Entry Level Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of security measures to protect our organization's computer systems and networks. This includes conducting vulnerability assessments, monitoring for potential security breaches, and responding to incidents as needed. You will work closely with our team of experienced analysts to learn about industry best practices and develop your skills in information security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on our systems and networks
- Monitor network traffic for potential security breaches and respond accordingly
- Analyze security logs and reports to identify any suspicious activity or potential threats
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Stay informed about current trends and emerging threats in the information security field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated throughout the organization's processes
- Participate in incident response activities as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability assessment tools, etc.
- Familiarity with industry standard security frameworks (e.g. NIST)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
- Fluent in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)

Compensation:
This is an entry level position with a starting salary of 1800$ per month. We also offer health insurance benefits and accommodation for non-local candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. However, due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, remote work may be considered for the time being.
