Job Title: Teamlead - Biometric Passport Processing Specialist

As a Teamlead-Biometric Passport Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team in the processing and verification of biometric passports. Your main duty will be to ensure that all passports are processed accurately and efficiently, while adhering to strict security protocols. This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of passport processing specialists
- Develop and implement efficient processes for biometric passport processing
- Train team members on proper procedures and security protocols
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of all processed passports
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding any issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with changes in biometric passport regulations and requirements
- Report any discrepancies or potential security threats to higher management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in passport processing or similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with biometric technology and its use in passport verification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be able to obtain one upon hiring

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1600 per month.
