Interpreter (English-Danish) in Esbjerg, Denmark

As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between English and Danish speakers in various settings. Your main duties will include interpreting verbal conversations, translating written materials, and providing cultural mediation when necessary. You will need to have a strong command of both English and Danish languages, as well as excellent listening and speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret conversations between English and Danish speakers accurately and efficiently
- Translate written materials such as documents, emails, and reports from English to Danish and vice versa
- Provide cultural mediation to ensure effective communication between parties
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry terminology and procedures
- Collaborate with other interpreters to ensure consistent interpretation standards

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Danish languages
- Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills in both languages
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain impartiality and confidentiality at all times
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent time management skills
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates outside of the area.
