Online Consultant

The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing support and guidance to customers through various online channels. This includes answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns that customers may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and services
- Address any issues or concerns that customers may have in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet individual performance goals set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with the company's products and services is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (flexibility for remote work)
