As a Moderator for our online community in Esbjerg, Denmark, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for our users. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support when needed
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them proactively
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and topics within the community to effectively moderate discussions
- Provide regular reports on community activity and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Danish is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
