Moderator for Virtual Community

As a moderator for our virtual community in Esbjerg, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and respectful interaction between our members. Your main duties will include monitoring discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts or disputes. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about creating and maintaining safe online spaces, with previous experience in community moderation or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy is also important.

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens. We also welcome applications from students who have flexible availability to work around their studies. The salary for this role is 1600$ per month.
