Roofer Technician

As a Roofer Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs. You will also be required to inspect roofs for damage and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
- Perform regular maintenance on existing roofs to ensure longevity and safety
- Inspect roofs for damage and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on roofs
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing
- Proficient in various roofing techniques such as shingle installation, tile installation, etc.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
