Formworker Supervisor

Our construction company in Esbjerg is seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of various construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute formwork
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project managers, tradespeople, and clients
- Attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Physical fitness for working on construction sites
