Concrete Construction Worker

A busy construction company in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Construction Worker, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of concrete structures, such as foundations, footings, walls, and floors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with concrete and possess strong physical stamina. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and we are open to candidates of any gender. We are also willing to assist with visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksites by cleaning and setting up necessary tools and equipment
- Read blueprints and plans to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand or power tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using trowels or other tools
- Monitor curing processes to ensure proper drying and hardening of concrete
- Repair existing concrete structures as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Concrete Construction Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work
- Physically fit with good stamina for manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Own transportation preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
