Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop project plans and designs
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Ensure that designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements
- Adhere to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Review project plans for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
