Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models of building designs, collaborating with architects and engineers to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings of building designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet all necessary standards and regulations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Create 3D models of building designs for presentations and visualization purposes
- Prepare detailed reports on building materials, construction methods, and cost estimates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in technical drawings and reports
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
