Architectural Designer - Contract Position in Esbjerg, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and executing architectural plans and projects, while also collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present detailed architectural plans, including layout and design concepts
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize designs
- Utilize relevant software programs to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to inform design decisions
- Research building codes, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Denmark or similar Nordic countries
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language

This contract position offers competitive compensation of 1700$ per month. Accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract, along with a free visa and ticket.
