We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and spaces that meet our clients' needs and comply with building codes and regulations. You should have experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, as well as strong project management skills. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates, but a biometric passport is required for travel purposes. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and models using specialized software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
