Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in architecture as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage the entire design process from concept development to final construction plans
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety and building code requirements
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate designs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Esbjerg (relocation assistance not provided)
