We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, managing teams of architects and engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Manage teams of architects, engineers, and other professionals throughout each project phase
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for each project
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
