Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company based in Esbjerg looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job duties
- Own transportation to commute to work
