Executive Chef - Part Time (Esbjerg, Denmark)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating delicious and innovative dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management
- Create new and exciting dishes while also maintaining high-quality standards for existing menu items
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs to meet budget requirements
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed menus
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month based on part-time hours.
