Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are a busy restaurant located in the charming city of Esbjerg, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations during our peak season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Must have own visa/permission to work in Esbjerg
