Contract Dietitian in Esbjerg, Denmark

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team on a contract basis in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition therapy and counseling to patients, conducting assessments and developing personalized meal plans based on their individual needs. You will also be responsible for educating patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines
- Experience with various health conditions and dietary restrictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments for patients and develop personalized meal plans based on their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary restrictions.
- Provide individual counseling sessions to patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field of nutrition.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans.
- Educate patients on how to read food labels, make healthier food choices, and prepare nutritious meals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress.
