Trainee Barista

As a trainee barista at our café in Esbjerg, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of coffee making and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for coffee and customer service to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced baristas and learn how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more. You will also be responsible for taking orders from customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has excellent communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to multitask efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and meet our high standards of quality.

This position is ideal for students or individuals without previous experience as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Additionally, we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates who meet the necessary requirements.
