Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a popular café in the charming city of Esbjerg. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- A strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Must have a biometric passport and be legally eligible to work in Denmark
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality coffee-based beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, tables, etc.
- Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and handling payments
- Upholding food safety standards at all times
- Assisting with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café
