Contract Construction Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and managing the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Manage project documentation and provide timely reports to stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of subcontractors and workers
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $900 per month with accommodation provided. This is a contract position for the duration of the project.
