Our growing construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Esbjerg. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, plus benefits. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of construction projects. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the construction team and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. A strong understanding of construction processes and techniques is essential, as well as the ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications. Experience with project management software is preferred.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. As this job may involve some physical labor, it is more suitable for men.
