Merchandiser - Retail Specialist

A well-established retail company in Esbjerg is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating appealing product displays that attract and engage customers, as well as analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about inventory and promotions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs or concerns to management
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
- Participate in sales meetings to provide insights on current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper signage
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with purchases

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for design and detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekend shifts
- Must have own visa (or ability to obtain one) for working in Esbjerg without accommodation
