Contract Merchandiser (Esbjerg, Denmark)


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Create eye-catching product displays in retail stores, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed decisions about product placement
- Train store employees on proper product display techniques and provide them with merchandising guidelines
- Regularly visit retail stores to assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze sales data to track the impact of merchandising efforts and suggest improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Must have valid work visa for Denmark (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
