Tutor for English Language Learners


We are a language school located in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeking a qualified and experienced English tutor to join our team. As a tutor for English language learners, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and levels, helping them improve their proficiency in the language.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students
- Assess student's language skills and provide personalized instruction
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student's progress as needed

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Experience working with students of all ages and levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their English skills

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend shifts may be required for special events or classes.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
