Handyman for Property Maintenance



As a Handyman for Property Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of residential properties in Esbjerg. Your main duties will include performing repairs, renovations, and general maintenance tasks as needed. You will also be expected to have knowledge and experience in a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on various aspects of properties, such as plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and drywall
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing doors
- Paint and touch up walls and surfaces as necessary
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with property owners or tenants to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge in a variety of trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals to complete tasks accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with property owners or tenants

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Esbjerg. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Denmark.
